Inspection and Recommendations

Schedule an inspection if you're not sure about the condition of your cooling system or if you are trying to establish a budget and maintenance plan. We will perform an on-site inspection and follow that up with an engineering report.

On-Site Inspection

The first step in an on-site inspection is to check out your equipment, reviewing the structural and mechanical components and testing their functionality to determine effectiveness. In most cases disassembly of your cooling tower is not required. Our experience counts for a lot in inspections, and we are rarely surprised at what we find inside.

Engineering Report

Our written report discusses the findings from the inspection. It pays careful attention to every detail, addressing your immediate requirements and providing you with a comprehensive and useful planning tool. In some cases, this is the primary document for committee review or approval.

Recommendation

The recommendations that follow the inspection are based on the findings. If necessary, they can be arranged in order of priority with a specific time-table relative to your maintenance plan and budgeting process.

Payback Analysis

Is it important to know how long it will take to recoup the capital expense of repair, refurbishment, upgrade or replacement? Our written report can include that kind of payback analysis information. And the calculations will be based on your situation, for real time planning.
